REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Here's the low-down...

Overview

Our products are print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via email (info@bohojesus.com) and provide your order number, description of damage or defect, and a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Boho Jesus will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Boho Jesus will not offer replacements or refunds for perishable items.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please email info@bohojesus.com with your order number and description of your problem.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
